1. Acceptance & the Public Offer
These Terms govern your use of the Forge website and product. For paid plans, the binding sales contract is our Public Offer (Публічна оферта) — by purchasing or using a paid plan you accept it in full.
2. Eligibility & account
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Forge for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, or to interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions & payment
Paid plans are billed via WayForPay on the terms of the Public Offer and renew automatically each period until cancelled. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Forge software, code and branding belong to the Seller. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.
6. Disclaimer & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Mandatory statutory rights of consumers are not affected.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. For consumers, mandatory consumer-protection rules of their place of residence continue to apply.
