Forge is fully committed to GDPR compliance. We act as a data processor for workspace data and a data controller for account information. Our data processing agreements (DPAs) are available upon request.
All data is stored in EU-based data centers (Frankfurt, Germany) for EU customers. We ensure cross-border transfers comply with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
